Our commitment
Paraguay Compass wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use a screen reader, navigate with a keyboard or enlarge the text.
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 at level AA, the standard behind the European Accessibility Act. The site has not yet been audited by an independent party, so we do not claim full conformance.
What we have done
- Every page declares its language, so screen readers use the right pronunciation.
- Pages use a clear heading structure and landmarks for navigation, main content and footer.
- Images have text alternatives.
- Text colours meet the WCAG AA contrast ratio (raised in October 2026).
- Form fields have labels.
- The layout adapts to small screens and to zoom.
Known limitations
Some interactive tools, such as the tax comparison and the emigration check, may not yet work perfectly with every screen reader. We are reviewing them.
