Tax ID (RUC) Registration
The RUC (Registro Único de Contribuyentes) is your Paraguayan tax identification number. It is required for opening certain bank accounts, operating a business, and establishing formal tax residency in Paraguay.
We handle the complete registration process including submission to the Dirección Nacional de Ingresos Tributarios (DNIT) and all required documentation.

Driver's License Conversion
With a valid foreign driver’s license you can usually get a Paraguayan license without retaking the theory and practical driving exams. You still need a vision and hearing exam, a blood type certificate and your Paraguayan cédula, so this step happens once your cédula is issued. Requirements differ slightly between municipalities.
We check what your municipality asks for, prepare the paperwork and translations, and go with you to the licensing office. With complete documents, the appointment itself usually takes a morning.
