By using paraguaycompass.com and our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Our Services
Paraguay Compass provides residency application support, relocation guidance, and related services for individuals relocating to Paraguay. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. We are not a tax advisory firm and do not provide tax advice. We facilitate the administrative process through our licensed partner network in Paraguay.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed on our website and confirmed in writing before engagement. A 50% deposit is required to begin. The remaining 50% is due upon arrival in Paraguay. Accepted payment methods: bank transfer (EUR/USD) and cryptocurrency. Prices are subject to change but confirmed quotes are honored.
4. Refund Policy
If you cancel before your trip to Paraguay, we refund your deposit minus a EUR 200 administration fee. Once the process begins in Paraguay (Day 1 of your trip), no refunds are issued as government fees and service costs have been incurred.
5. Our Responsibilities
We commit to: processing your application professionally and accurately, accompanying you to all government appointments, providing weekly updates during processing, communicating in your chosen language (Dutch, German, or English). We do not guarantee approval of your residency application as this is a government decision, though rejection is extremely rare with properly prepared documents.
6. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for: providing accurate and truthful information, obtaining valid documents and apostilles before traveling, arriving in Asuncion on the agreed dates, paying fees according to the agreed schedule.
7. Limitation of Liability
Paraguay Compass is not liable for: government processing delays, changes to immigration laws or procedures, costs of travel or accommodation, lost documents in transit, or decisions made by Paraguayan government authorities.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Paraguay.
